Information for exhibitors
The Dartmouth Food Festival gives you a
real chance to retail your products,
services or restaurant face-to-face to
potential clients and customers. You
can test the market with new products
and build your all important customer
database.
In the past, our audience has been a
healthy mix of locals (both Dartmouth
and second-homers) and tourists down for
a truly atmospheric 5 days. They may
come from different parts of the UK but
all share a distinct love of food and
drink.

Case Studies
Real Infuseiasm
As with many producers who took part in
the 2008 Festival, Helen Lynch of Tea's
Me is certainly enthusiastic about the
benefits.
“Everyone was so helpful – both in the
run-up to the Festival and on the day
itself. I was shown where to park my
car, told which stall was mine and even
had the offer of a pair of hands to
unload stock. It made a huge difference.
I was delighted by the number of
festival visitors. Many were local, some
from afar but all willing to try
something new. In real business terms,
it was my second highest takings at a
Devon event, only beaten by the Devon
County Show – so that shows how
successful it was”
Company Background
Tea's Me was established in the summer
of 2006 by Helen Lynch. Having made her
own organic infusions for several years,
Helen decided that they were too
delicious to keep to herself, so she
made them available to everyone. All
products are hand-made in Devon using
organically grown herbs and green teas,
and are certified as being produced to
the organic UK5 standard by the Soil
Association.
