1. Johnny's
Christmas Eve
Tessa de Galleani reports:
Johnny Chick will be doing his usual carol concert opposite the
Cherub on Christmas Eve at 5pm. Last I heard he had
asked Sax Appeal to do the music, Terry from the Castle Tea
Rooms is organising the song sheets, snow will be on order from
Johnny’s machine, Chris Moseley is donating the Christmas tree
and there was even a hint that Nigel had offered a hot chestnut
stand! As Johnny does not have the shop anymore he is unable to
lay on the mince pies and mulled wine as normal, but people are
very welcome to bring their own. This will be his third year of
doing it and as you know last year he had over a 100 turn up.
