Men in black and one in whites
A gathering of 70 guests
celebrated the 10th anniversary of Dartmouth Food Festival
at Dart Marina Hotel & Spa in Dartmouth on Saturday 28th
October. From Creedy Carver Duck to Brixham plaice, loin of
Devon Venison to Devon Blue cheese – each morsel was
testament to the skill and dedication of Devon producers.
Head Chef Tom Woods created a menu that was declared by one
guest as “a triumph of local flavours”.
Before the event started in the River Restaurant, Head Chef
Tom Woods had chance to chat with guest speakers Tom Parker
Bowles and Matthew Fort who gave an after dinner speech
covering; Rhubarb Vodka, inheriting the ‘greedy gene’, and
how the British food culture has changed for the better in
the last 20 years. For more
