Bay Tree House is a spacious and
attractive period house situated on a
quiet street right in the centre of the
picturesque and historic port of
Dartmouth. Its location is perfect for
strolling around the town, investigating
the many individual specialist shops and
galleries, and sampling the excellent
local food and drink on offer in the
towns renowned restaurants and pubs, or
cooking it yourself in the large and
well-equipped kitchen. It is just a 2
minute walk from the beautiful River
Dart where you can take a boat trip,
hire a boat yourself and explore the
small creeks up river, or simply relax
and watch the world go by!

This roomy sitting room is on the ground
floor; it leads to the garden and decked
area with table and chairs where you can
enjoy a refreshing glass of wine before
dinner, or in the cooler months it is a
comfortable place to chat about your
days activities.

The large kitchen/dining room is
outstanding, with a glass atrium giving
extra light and character. The table
seats six easily and the log burner
makes this room really snug in winter.
There is a fridge and dishwasher, plenty
of crockery and utensils. The utility
room is a useful area with freezer and
washing machine and lower level access
to the garden.

The second smaller sitting room is at
the front of the house, a cosy room,
ideal for reading, watching TV or
listening to music.
