This attractive self contained ground
floor apartment is situated adjacent to
the coastal road on the outskirts of
Strete Village. Strete Village has
a Post Office/general store, and is also
home to 'The
Laughing Monk' restaurant. The renowned Kings Arms
pub is a short walk away. There are many other good
eating places within a short distance
including Michelin starred restaurants
in Dartmouth.
The South West Coastal Path passes
nearby and one of South Devon's most
beautiful beaches, 'Blackpool Sands', is
within walking distance. In the other
direction is Slapton Sands, with the
freshwater Slapton Ley Nature Reserve,
is only 1.5
miles down the road. This is a gem for
environmentalists with all its wildlife. Dartmouth, with the beautiful
River Dart and its many world
class restaurants and bars, individual
shops and galleries is just a short
drive away. Dartmoor is in easy
reach too.

Cleaning/towels/linen:
Linen is provided i.e. bottom sheet,
pillow cases, duvet and duvet cover, but

be hired from the proprietor for a
