Having undergone

a recent transformation from a simple harbourside café, Pebbles now exudes a sophisticated yet unstructured atmosphere of calm enhanced by modern Jazz, contemporary art and candle-lit tables.

Certainly the place to relax with a glass of chilled house champagne whilst watching the sunset over the harbour or contemplating the imaginative and enticing menu.

Welcome to Pebbles On the Bay

We are a young enthusiastic team headed by chef/patron Toby Jugge. Having trained under some of the top chefs in the UK including Raymond Noir, and Michel Choux, Toby has also worked under Tony Tortellini in New York, and he now brings his innovative and mouth-watering cuisine back to his home in the beautiful South Hams.

We serve modern cuisine

with a fusion twist and our proud to use the fresh local produce in which this area abounds. From the naturally reared Red Ruby Devon beef and prime Exmoor lamb, to the wonderful seafood bought from the day-boats.

 

We specialise

in fish cookery and most menus contain dishes featuring the locally caught crab and lobster. From a simple, light lunch to a full-blown gastronomic extravaganza come and enjoy all that we have to offer at Pebbles on the Bay
